Q: My order has been rejected, what can I do?

Make sure a payment has not been taken from your account before you try again. If they have not received your order and the payment has been taken please contact support@kingoo.co.uk immediately and we will endeavour to get back to you within the hour. If no payment has been taken from your account make sure you have entered all of your details correctly and try again. If this does not work then we suggest to contact your card issuer.
